Below, we’ve outlined the process and key terms to know, so you're fully informed and prepared for what’s ahead. Let us take the stress out of your claim!
Step 1: Contact us
If you just went through a hail storm or high winds may have damaged your roof, give us a call and we will schedule a time to come out and give you an inspection.
Step 2: Roof and home inspection
We will inspect your home and roof to find damages from the recent storm or incident. We will review the damages and give you the information you need to determine if you need to file a claim with your insurance.
Step 3: File a claim
If you decide to file a claim, we will be there each step of the way.
An adjuster will want to review your claim and complete their own inspection. We can meet the adjuster at your home for the inspection.
If they determine your claim is valid, they will send you a loss statement. We will review the loss statement with you.
If we find any inaccuracies with the loss statement, we can work with the insurance company to get an accurate loss statement.
Step 4: Scheduling and completion
Once the loss statement review is complete we need to verify the color selections, collect the deposit and order materials. Once materials have been delivered we can get your project completed.
We will send the final bill to insurance and ensure they release any additional funds. Once those funds have been released we will collect final payment.
